    Looking for a server mod, please help me!

    Hello you guys, I'm new to this forum. I'm having some questions, and hoping you guys will answer that. I'm looking for a server mod, that when someone join my server, they can choose all weapons, but when they go to other server, their stats will be normal again, like level, etc... Can I do it in MW2, I remember COD4 can do it .
