    Uploading or downloading?

Both will still effect your browsing/gaming/lag/etc.

More bandwidth for uTorrent = less for everything else. Depending on your speed it could have barely any effect or a drastic one (I can download and upload at like 3MB/s (********s per second) and still easily browse forums) / But seeing as I have a shitload of connections active I usually can't play games like WR /

Dunno cause my download speed is 31.9 kb/sec which is really strange, as my specs are really nice.

uTorrent will use up more bandwidth. There will be less for everything else.
I thought you were smarter than this.

Your specs have very little to do with your download speed (wireless card might affect it (b/g/n)). You just have a torrent with a low seed:leech ratio.

Your download speed depends on your internet connection, which you can test here: Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test

I know it fails, but it's a good example of a peer 2 peer game, most of my other games are peer 2 server 2 peer /

My brother did something to our router where it focuses on uTorrent when we download Torrents.
Idk about you but I average between 30KBps to 400KBps
mainly depends on the torrent itself, if i'm right.

I'm not sure, I dn't really care for it, i'm not a big torrenter.
when i download torrents, and go online at the same time
i'd have to pause it to let pages load, or only use utorrent when i'm not browsing
