i wanna use my printer to scan the original and change the grade, print it, get my mom to sign it, scan the fake.. copy the signature to the original and re-print.

Because your actual report is saved in the schools database so technically your report is the same. When you apply for uni or w/e they will check your REAL report and if they find out you could lose all job opportunities or w/e the punishment is at that state.
