9 year old girls are not physically,emotionally or sexually mature enough to take part in sexual intercourse.This is not a matter of "law" it is a matter of basic morality and human biology that spans all history and cultures. My parents have a 20year difference, age don't matter, marriage is about love and devotion.

Love, but you cannot seriously love a 7 year old child.
