I've been banned help please!

Ok i think ive been banned, for nothing, litteraly.
i went on and every time i get into a game it takes me out of the game with this error "Steam Connection Failed"
i also went on to the alteriwnet website and this came up on my home page...
"WARNING #5C-DEV-IDGEN: PLEASE STAND BY"
i think im banned...



How do i unban myself? cos i did nothing wrong!

tried to clear registry. and run it in administrator mode. still it does not help !

right now its not kicking you off but does not show any other players ...so i guess its more or less the same :/

Right now, when alteriwnet is down i was banned... this has no reason because i dont have hacked and never will do it...

Could this be a failban? When can I ask admins? Its really important because on Monday the 1.11.2010 i have to play with my clan in alteriwnet tournament!
