[HELP] Writing string to memory

Hello! To play minecraft online you need to use Quick Memory Editor and search for a string "player" and then change it to what ever you want. I want to make a "hack" in vb that will automaticly change the string to whatever is typed in a textbox.

to make a MW2 trainer but i think is only works with integers, floats...

So is there any way to "write the string to the memory"?

do you know what DDLToRead i should use for minecraft? minecraft is a java game and i dont think it has any ddls :/
