Dear ijji Community,

We want to extend our deepest gratitude for everyone’s patience, understanding, and community support while ijji.com experienced network issues last week. While we reacted to the matter quickly to resolve the issue, we feel any period of inaccessibility for our loyal customers is too much. As a gesture of appreciation, we have put together a compensation package to demonstrate our gratefulness for the heart and soul of the ijji.com experience – our wonderful community of gamers.

Our current goal for compensation is below. Our target date is Thursday, November 4th, however, this may vary on a per game basis. In addition, the exact length of item duration extensions (or compensation method) may also vary depending on which game you are playing. A more detailed explanation and schedule on a per game basis will follow this announcement next week.

Cash Item Extension

• Any customer who had time-limited cash items during October 26th, 6:40pm through October 28th Midnight will receive a 3 day extension on the item’s duration.

G Coin Give Away

• All active players (defined as those who logged in to a game at least once during the month of October) will receive 11 G Coin. Next week, we’ll have a special G Coin redemption page where you can get your compensatory G Coin.
