Well skills on the account would take a couple days to train upto, no bank pics so I assume it has no worth on the account, if so, 1$ per mill 2$ per mill max, couple days worth of training 5$ 67 is okay but 70/70/70 would give you a better price.

Oh and cheapest 99 would be 20$ and highest would be 30$ depending on which 99 it is of course.

So you work from there.

(If you enjoy the game I recommend just keeping the account and playing, if you just have the acc randomly then sure sell it but imo its not worth it for small ammounts like 5$)
oh and quests done can increase value too, really recommend taking pics of bank, stats, quests, blackmarks.
