Idea: buy a gift that keeps giving (isnt that the idea of the holidays?) - Buy an animal for a village, that can have offspring that can be used for food/work etc... cows are great especailly because they provide milk, children that can be raised for work or food and more milk.

Kiva - Loans that change lives - Kiva
Make a small loan, for one it empowers the people, we can many different people, and ontop of that it holds people accountable. we'd also make profit to put back into the program or into another program.

Or countless medical researches for AIDs, Diabites, MS....some terrible terrible diseases out there that need cures.

Unfortunately, institution doesn't have enough money for adequate care and the boy will die soon.
