This is true. China can't actually arm 2billion people their actual army is much smaller. In anycase we would never attack China at home. It would be a fight for resources like oil, and America has never fought a war on it homeland since the Revolution, so we are good at fighting away from home. China is not. China can defend its own borders, but there is nothing we want there.
