[SOLVED]Console in MW2..help pls =D

I´m new to this side and pretty much some sort of mod noob ! xD
I wanted to ask how can i aktivate console to kick hackers and other stuff like written in https://www.mpgh.net/forum/228-call-d...kers-game.html

I am not playing AlterIwnet.. i play with Liberation on normal stuff.
Pls help!=D

if you unlock console on steam you get banned. so best to download a Host mod (like no mod) and that has a kick menu as one of the GSC's

i m already banned..xD..but the VAC thing of liberation makes me able to play anyways..just with some other guys from a webside where they can join me
