There is no such thing as C+ my friend. \:
C -> C++ (If you learn C++ you are learning C)
C# -> OOP with the same syntax as C++ with a useful framework called .NET..

When you learn C++, you basically learn C without knowing. Because C++ is just an improvement of C, the syntax is identical. Of course, you don't learn the C stdio, but the C++ iostream
