i need something that i can download and keep it on my computer so when there is no internet access or something, i can learn it to pass the time.
i don't want any online videos or online guides. i know there's plenty of them.
maybe an ebook or book that is easy to understand and helpful. with videos would be awesome..

will it be easier if i learn microsoft visual basic first cuz i got no clue how to write a code..
with visual basic, this is what i see. make design of something and just assign what the design will do (like what will the button do if i press it)..
i open c++ and tried to open a new project, i see so many stuffs on the side. im like wtf..
