i need a c++ tutorials..(not youtube videos or online guides)

i need something that i can download and keep it on my computer so when there is no internet access or something, i can learn it to pass the time.

i don't want any online videos or online guides. i know there's plenty of them.

maybe an ebook or book that is easy to understand and helpful. with videos would be awesome..

and btw, usually dummy books sucks... go to a local book store and buy a book or two..

Nope, not really. You just have to put some effort into it.

Actually, I find it a really good tutorial for people to begin with.

I think that things like Templates are too difficult.... and basic things aren,t enough explained....

with visual basic, this is what i see. make design of something and just assign what the design will do (like what will the button do if i press it)..
