Double Barrel is the only 1 hit shotgun because it can shoot 2 times. If you camp in a spot where you can't get flanked and have aimbot on, you can do good. Remember to stay close.

Yes they are. The dmg dropoffs are different, and the punisher has almost no dmg dropoff as long as the bullets hit.
