Try erasing parts of the C4Ds or fractals that you used. Also she starts to disappear at the bottom.
Text is amateur, but it's alright.
Better or worse? I erased a little off the fractals, changed the hair to eliminate the poor rendering there, and added the dress so it was less erased.
I think I kinda grasp what he was going for in this.. it's just a thought I guess
But how 'culture' is changing, and fading... Like japan, There's not many 'hard working' types.. just pencil pushers and outcasts..

Idk. Just try and follow this rule, do not cover your render/focal.
It's okay sometimes like if you have a full body focal like you do now, my limits to covering the render would be just like her lower body, not her face.
You want the focal to pop, not hide behind background effects.
