You need a crosshair hack, which is somewhat hard to find (or at least hard to find one without a virus or supposed virus attatched to it...)

You could try getting a crosshair hack (Which is a 3rd party program, making it illegal, but xtrap can't detect them as of now), but most of them are made by script kiddies, and flicker/are off center.
