I've never seen this before but the instructions seem simple enough. The account which was banned was banned from Tokenads most likely by completing exploits or using false information.

Because of this, Tokenads is requesting their $15.59 Back from Z8games.
You must give that money back in any manner given by the Z8games statement.

Your money or other transactions must be mailed to; This money must be in American Dollars.

You must include your Crossfire Name.


When this is completed you will be unbanned from Z8games, However, Not from Tokenads, As they are separate entities.
