It's a little LQ...probably from sharpening, but I could be wrong.
I like the concept though.
Alrthough whatever it is on the bottom right, not quite at the corner, I would take out.

If you go straight down from her left eye, it's that thing.
I would open PS and circle it but I'm too lazy.

remove the purple brush stroke at the bottom a lil to the right , and the semi circle at the top

well seeing as you've given me some awesome cnc, ill do my best for you.

For me, I think the purple lightning brush or whatever and the lens flare sort of ruin the depth. I really like what you did with the right side of the sig, but the left seems to be flat.
Maybe you could continue the theme on the left side, but use it to add depth?
I also think it's really cool how those bubbles on the left reflect her face.

Overall, 7.5/10

The brush actually goes around her, but its hard to see. Uhh I'm gonna remove the lens flare and the pink brush stroke and try to fix the quality.

was better with the lens flare . and when u removed the brush stroke another flaw appeared that pale blue part but its much better than the first ^.^

I think the white streak is supposed to be the focal point? I dunno. I first look at her face, but I get distracted by the streak. I like V2 better, because you got rid of that shit on the bottom.
