[Question] 2 games? whats the diffrense?

hey, I looked at cdwow and they got 2 black ops. the only diffrense i can see is the price and the orange mark at the bottom of the case. the first one cost $66.49 ( Call Of Duty: Black Ops (PC) | CD WOW! US ) and the other one cost $99.49 ( Call of Duty: Black Ops (PC) | CD WOW! US ) do you know the diffrense? is it a special edition or something?
