Yes you are... Since the same provider (alterIW) making the game they are most likely gonna copy all of the bans they have for mw2 to Black Ops.

i talked to a admin on alteriw forgot his name but his name begins with a F and he said that the bans aint getting transferred to alterops, they gunna give everyone a another chance plus its easy to report someone they dont need to add a report section on black ops cos of threatre mode. and i bought black ops on steam because its gunna take em a long time to make alterops. and icba waiting that long
