I got my main account un-perma banned by saying

"I let my bro play on my account over night, when I woke up, it said I was perma banned. I went to my desktop and saw something called "GCA 1.5.0" I googled it and found out it was a hack. Can you please unban me? I will never let my brother go on my account again!"

Just say GCA, gorfag hacks are the easiest ones to get unbanned by. Even if you never had it. I'm no gorfag though.
