Whats the point of Sueing Nexon Over something you Cant sue over?
If it's illegal you can't sue over it because you agreed to it
If it's Legal you can't sue over it because it's legal and you agreed to it
An Illegal Contract Will never hold up in Court

I'm not saying to sue them. I am am saying they can't follow through with the threats in the TOS, because they either have no way to prove it, or can't because of locations of users/owners.

And if a contract has something illegal, and you agree to it, doesn't make it legal. It won't hold up in court, the JUDGE will laugh in the corporations face.
