Render and shadow is not bad same for the text.
BUT...

Your C4D failed.
On the right top in the corner is a darker brown splash which is very pixelated.
I miss a light effect... may on the right top against the pixelated splash.
Work with layer effects :P

Text would be good if "up" was fixed. The bottom doesn't really match, and where did her right arm go? At first I thought the sword was a C4D and I was going to tell you to take it out.

I like it.

Like scr said it looks a little oversharpened, but the only other thing I didn't really like was the large white brush used in the lower middle. That brush doesn't blend to well.
