I had a simalar delema.
But just so i could have a weapon of eachtype. I went for the MG3.
In scope the recoil is a lil higher. And its ROF is a tad bit slower.
But it makes up for it byhaving so much extra rounds.

Go for the perm, its pretty decent in CQB and especially in Fireteam/Zombie.

Modding can change the scope. /
I changed the normal scope into the L115A3 scope. Also the TPG scope.
Dsr-1 subsonic is 97% accuracy.
Tpg-1 is 98% accuracy.
Not much of a difference when it's that close to 100%.

I'd get perm spec. Increases stats which helps alot. MG36 is worse than a M2IE the only reason people get it is for the free scope.
