The problem with that is that if you don't want the other person to draw art, you can just say "he mocks god". Even if he doesn't, the majority will still think he does.

Movies = recording not doing anything with creating a living object.
Animation = drawing

But if its drawing cartoons for achieving creativeness and improving the human form:

So why wouldn't drawings of humans be allowed if they were meant to entertain guests in your home or to teach us of the stories told in the Qur'an? /
