Cant Gift GP Weapons???

i have several accounts and im gifting GP weapons to my 2nd LT account but for some reason why cant my PFC account gift the GP weapons, do i have to be a certain rank?

Example:You can't be a "COLONEL rank" and gift your other noob account a 30 day spec for gp!!!/yea

either u have to be a certain rank or they updated the game to where u cant gift gp weapons anymore because at the beginning of every account they give like 10k gp and they dont want u to give those guns to another account!!!!!! add to my reputation if this helped /

no you only need their in game name to gift and make sure the gun you are gifting can be purchased with the correct rank from both people.
