    All those vars like scr_xpscale and scr_codpointsscale are set to read only...

    sv_maxclients is now set to 19 but doesn't seem to have any effect.

    I can only dl files. Uploading is still a problem. I got unrestricted RCON access though, so if anyone knows a command in rcon which forces a dvar to be set, without caring about read-only and such stuff, let me know.
