I look at it and it looks finished, but the negative space.. I can't think of anything. Looks too perfect to add anything else.

Maybe add some abstract-looking ribbon or something that goes around the ball and exits the picture. <-just an idea to fill the negative space

I'm going to vector a tree on the top with the roots around the sphere.
And have the roots thin out into ink drips off the bottom.
Also, I'll have a bg. Not sure how that will go yet, but I'll cross the bridge when I have to.

K well let me say this than.

The original ball looked far better than your update.
If you add the tree to the original..that shit is money.
The updated ball looks too chaotic,
where the original just looks great,
everything seems to have a nice harmony to it,
the colors, the upward drop ..the depth inside the sphere..
It's just better to me.

Will probably take me a couple weeks to get to a point where I can be comfortable just making small adjustments.
