Update your graphics drivers, directx, etc...

And go ask on your gfx card's manufacturor's and gamersfirst's forum.

Scan your computer...your Anti-Virus is deleting your games cause it may be out of date so it doesn't recognize the program(s).

check your firewall or also mostly important check your anti virus or any type of program that stop virus...it could be a program so closed it

i updated my videocard ! but one thing more , i get message "10501" , kick! , im scanning pc right now with eset !

okay.... i found out that windows 7 has new shortcut keys which are gay if you press a certain button over and over again it enables a certain shortcut key for every button (you can press anything without something happening)
also if you press ctrl+D it will close out your program that is selected

Im using W7 and I even didn't face the Black Screen Problem.
