[SOLVED] Steam or BO Not Working

I tried to login to steam so I could play Black Ops today, so I went to the program and this error came up. "This steam account has been disabled due to a VAC infraction." Now I can't go on the steam website either. It won't load.

Can someone tell me what is happening? Btw I didn't mod/use any hacks.

No I have never hacked in steam, and this is the only steam game I have.

Aha I found out what the problem was. I have been hacked =O. Someone put a code into my hosts file to disable the steam website, seeming like I was IP banned. Next they messed around with the Steam files, and put up a fake error. It was a very clever idea. I found this cause today I went on a proxy to the steam website and downloaded the steam setup. I then repaired steam, but the website was not working. I checked google chrome blocked sites, then I looked at my hosts file, then boom, I see some blocked sites.
