I need help with black ops on steam PC

okay so the game launches find and starts but when i try to play i get the busy cursor and the game status changes to not responding and then i get this error.

Direct3dDevice not found.
something like that.
the error comes from the games console.

my problem is same
console says
that a data is missing "ge_ui_viewer_mp.ff"

maybe u can read something more out of this picture

nah i think its connection problems, keep restarting steam/black ops couple times should fix it.

i think not that it is this problem

i restart my computer/blackops 5~10 times per day ..
so i dont think it is somethinge like this ..

update ur directx?
or reinstall the game

its already everything done
reinstal/every uppdate/ etc.
