VAC BANNED ON BLACK OPS?!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there, a few months ago i downloaded a hack for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, i used it and eventually got banned, silly me...
Now i have made a new account for Call of Duty Black Ops and completely deleted ALL hacks from my harddrive, now today i logged onto my steam account and it said that i have been VAC banned and that i have been banned from secure servers.. I removed all my hacks from my PC so why did i still get banned? I ABSOLUTELY did NOT download ANY hack for Black Ops as the game just came out and i learnt my lesson from the previous Call of Duty game, I did not do anything wrong, i downloaded hacks few months ago and i have deleted then already, so why did i still get VAC banned ?
Steam this isn't fair, i believed hacking isnt the way after i got banned from Mw2.
I am little bummed by this VAC ban for nothing.. I really enjoyed playing Black Ops

with my friends and now i cant do it anymore?
Please if there is anything you could do..

I was so bored of mw2 and was tired of being hacked by other players, so i eventually hacked and got banned..
But i learnt my lesson, deleted the stupid hacks and got banned again..

Nothing dude, absolutely nothing, i completely vanished every single hack/trainer/.gsc/.dll file on my system, i have trainers for other games that have nothing to do with steam, i hope that wasnt the problem -.-

I really highly doubt steam would scan your whole PC for hacks.
What they would do is scan the steam folder, and all of your processes.

Anyway, Can you give me a SS of what you are talking about.

Well apparently VAC does scan your drive for .dll files (hacks) and bans you,
i dont get it, my other friend did the same thing and how come he didnt get banned ?
its fucken bullshit, the whole steam thing is a fail, i never liked steam, never will..

if you got banned in mw2 you got instantly banned in all other cod's because they use the same gaming engine

for example if you were caught on hacking in css your tf2 would also be banned because both games use same gaming engine

I run Black Ops on a VAC banned from MW2 account.

Some of the hacks fuck steam, they change stuff in steam, always reinstall steam if you got VAC banned and want to put a new game.

Also I feel sorry for this dude :/ buy a Russian key. xD

You may have accidently been banned by VAC because that happened when mw2 came out and Valve gave everyone wrongfully banned a free copy of left 4 dead 2
