Directx Error

Hello , i have a directx error for black ops . thats says : directx encountered an unrevoberable error. check the readme for possible solutions . (tamam = okey, for picture )
i'm remove directx and setup it 5 times but doesnt work . when i play 2-3 match in game . its error opening . anybody can help me ?

i buyed original on network [(not box . key (rus key, activated in russia ) ].

and that just in multiplayer . not in single player have that error . its opening when i play 2 round in mp thats opening
