Questions that I ask of myself.

With a little yellow notepad and a pen, I started to write to myself, the questions. I open my mind to the many thought processes and to think of myself deeply, there isn't any denial.

Sitting on the hood of a HUMVEE during my work, I wrote down my thought, of course I would take a bite out of my pizza as I work, but what amazes me that the things I am writing down shock me, as I open my eyes to real thing.

We as humans uses God as an excuse for the bleak harsh reality of life, even those who do not believed in a God or something of religious spectrum, would sometimes use religious as an excuse for the downfall of others.

But what amuse me that we as a whole would use God as a way to create something or do something we shouldn't done in the first place. We humans felt the need to use the 'higher power' for our own selfisness need and that made me realize that God is real.. he is us. The same thought process in which we do, he is ourself, our bleak lasting in life.

Sure, some people will questions me about that, but overall he is us, we used in him everyday of society and what make me sad to know that almost all of use him in a negative tone.

In Northern Ireland, the Catholic and the Protestants would over go to great length to split apart and yet they believed in the same God, the Jews and Muslims fighting over lands and creating death and suffering.. yet they belived in the same God. But it is our nature to cause harm, we use him as an excuse to create harm and to do harm.

We focus on him so much that we can't see ourselves as flawed, we only tell ourselves that God did it or that God made us that way. But, as I am typing this out, I know that deep inside I wish I wasn't Jewish, I wish I was just.. nothing, to see the world that it should be without using a 'being' to blame ourselves for our troubles.

I wonder what is next in our world, what do you think?

Yeah but in all seriousness I've thought the same in the past. Still might for very liberal definitions of a God. I wish I could give you more feedback but I've had enough time to think of this myself and had others tell me this that it's become some what of a banality.

That is very true, I am in the Israeli-Arab conflict.

What I said and you said are related, not an "or" situation, because if life has no purpose then it's unlikely we were created by a deity.

Or perhaps it has no value, and we're chained to the same nature as every other creature on the planet, our main ingrained purpose is to survive as a species, and the "value of life" you referred to is an embodiment of the main purpose of all life fitted to our species.

Whether God is real or not (I am Christian) it has positively influenced some part of humanity. If it wasn't for religion (or if there was no religion) there would be more wars and it's easy to assume that religion did help us get along.

There are no higher morals only what we make of them

There never were absolute morals, humans should decide what's right and what's wrong.
