MSRVC100.DLL Missing from my computer?

Whenever I start up the game with an injector open, I have it on auto inject..It injects and says that MSRVC100.DLL is missing from my computer, and to try reinstalling Engine.exe...So I did, and got the same error..I can run the game perfectly fine without trying to inject hacks, I just want to inject hacks..Any suggestions?

I havent tested it yet, because all the pub hacks just went detected for this new patch, so Ill test that out later on..Thank you a ton if it works.
