Please don't flame because i'm not really good at CS5 just a beginner.

Please tell me what to do and how i could improve.

Well there not good your taking small steps like i did when i was starting out making signatures look at some Beginner Tutorials then post your results from that Tut

Dont start with game character like off of MW2 til you get good, cause this is what i came out with when i did him. And this is after a while and lots of practice.

filters arent supposed to look like theyre supposed to
like sketch is not supposed to look like sketch you use it differently

Use other things other than just filters. These look like you just slapped a filter on a render. Look up some tutorials and learn some techniques.

it looks liek he slapped on a Sketch Filter then an Adjustment Filter.

Remove filters and try to Match Color Font to Background.
Use The EYE DROPPER
