fking msn

my msn is so fking annoying .
and the support team is fking dumb so im asking you.
I get this freaking error evrytime i try to log in (80040154) :
I tryed the support teams idea . to uninstall msrvc something or that 3 or 4 times , but still didnt work , i reinstalled but still same error .
any ideas ?'
