You can't open .dll file, you can inject it. Find injector (Naeron's, WarLord, MPGH ...) and rename injector and .dll to the sam names (ex. Hack.exe and Hack.dll). Then open the injector (run as admin if you have Windows 7 or Vista), and open WarRock.

Turn off your antivirus, believe me this is not a virus, just many antiviruses detect it as virus. If you think it's a virus, don't use it.
