Create own AIW server - hangs at "Fetching playlists..."

I tried to make my own AIWNet server, but it hangs...
It says:

Fetching Playlists ...
Updating Rank and Unlocks Complete.
Connecting to IWNet Complete.

"

And it stays at fetching playlists . . .. . . . .

Help me pl0x. It's probably a dumb question that everyone can answer

Delete the file mp_playlists.ff in zone\english\
and start the game,
if its not working download the attached file and place it in zone\english\.
