Get new hardware.. why would formating help? Maybe it worked like a month ago or something but I've never seen anyone get unbanned that easy.. sorry..

Reformatted Windows
I reformatted my OS, hoping to see that it would change my xuid. I even formatted the whole damn drive, not just reinstalling the OS. Yet, my xuid is still the same. What do I do?
