Its multithreaded_device. I pulled them off the top of my head so I couldnt remember for sure. I have edited a lot of configs but never really had to worry about commands like this.

Your CPU lacks. GPU is useless seeing as how the game puts too much strain on your CPU. the game is terribly optimized and treyarch and pcdev are sticking their thumbs up their asses when it comes to fixing it.

Install Skidrow BlackOPS patch 1 to remove the lag.

i can play black ops with 20 fps sometimes 7
but i still play smooth
sometimes little lags but i can live with that
and i have just 1 cpu

It was sarcasm. Using Skidrows update will prevent you from connecting to the Black Ops servers. Hopefully Failarch will make a another patch.
