Sticks and Stones in private match/combat training

Hey guys,

I have a question:
normally when you start a private match or combat training match,
you can type in console /g_gametype oic >>For example<<
and then /map_restart
then you can play your wager match in your private/combat match.
But when you do /g_gametype sas
It ignores it!
So my question how to play sticks and stones in private/combat match?

than go to menu and do /g_gametype sas ( if that is the right code )
and pick a map
