Fairly sure that VAC wont scan your computer, but if any of those programs decides to mess with it then possibly. Steam has no business with other games on your computer, but i would delete skidrow's just to save space.

A Quick Question
I am going to buy Black Ops. But before I do so I need to make sure I don't any thing that can trigger VAC bans. So Do I need to completely format my PC or just delete Skidrows game uninstall steam delete ModLoader etc?
If i need to format how can i do so?
