My PC is really bad But i really want to play Zombies
Do you think my PC would be able to handle zombies on the lowest settings?

You could pull low to possibly medium. Though with the problems BO has its kinda a wild card.

Ugh integrated graphics. You can really only expect low at best. Med would be pushing it.

At a low res sure. You could push it to see how far, but with BO's problems nobody can say if it will run FOR SURE. Even on a good comp too.

theres a chance you can but you'll lag and if you dont wanna lag run Game Booster with quality setting at the lowest

but you have an onboard graphic card that sucks

You need a better processor (Quad-Core preferably) and Graphics Card.

My case says Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 or better, you got an E5300 lol.

Don't expect that'll run fast, i think you should upgrade your pc first.
