The Ƚ worked for me, but it was just an analog stick in-game.
Pretty cool aswell, but somehow it wasn't just the analog-stick, but ESR or something before it o.0

Anyone has a Character that's cool? (A)

The trick with "Ƚ" works for me but also gives this strange "E". The "Ü" doesn't work at all.

If you look on youtube there are many videos on making this things on xbox but nothing about PC

Yeh, with the "E" it doesn't look nice :S Any other tricks ?

I checked some possibilities and found out that for example by doing

bind F8 "say ˝"

You get bare "RS" icon without this "E". I'm wondering if it's possible to use different nickname ingame than on your steam acc (steam updates config eachtime you start game) so that you can put

seta name "Yournickname ˝ this on right gives RS"

into config and keep steam from changing it :/
