Black ops: Colour in name

It is a little diffrent between colour names in mw2 and in black ops, for example: (mw2: ^0p^1w^2n^3a^4g^5e = pwnage)
(black ops: ^^00p^^11w^^22n^^33a^^44g^^55e = pwnage).

Here are the codes for the colours in black ops and mw2
^0-^^00= BLACK
^1-^^11= RED
^2-^^22= GREEN
^3-^^33= YELLOW
^4-^^44= BLUE
^5-^^55= LIGHT BLUE
^6-^^66= PURPLE
^7-^^77= WHITE
^8-^^88= IS A COLOUR THAT CHANGES DEPENDING WHAT LEVEL YOU ARE ON.
^9-^^99= GREY

Nah, you don't get anything at prestige 12, you can get coloured clan tags at prestige 13 tho.
I'd test this if my steam wouldn't be down atm..

Colored names have never worked in games. In CoD4 the only time it would work in game was when people joined/left. Colors never showed up in the scoreboard.

True but with Modern Warfare 2 you could see the colours in the lobbies. And since there are no lobbies in Black Ops that's gone aswell..

Colours are only supported with iPrintLn and iPrintLnBold which means if you have a coloured name and leave the game, your name will appear coloured since the killfeed area uses iPrintLn.

Thats not the colour you choose, those are the character colours..
White = Tank Dempsey
Blue = Nikolai Belinski
Yellow = Takeo Masaki
Green = Edward Richtofen

make sure you put credits
