Nah didn't waste a dime, got a copy of it for free from a buddy of mine lol. I need something more "routine" to follow instead of my instinctive training.

It's a hack program for fatties to lose weight while playing combat arms. No lie. lol jp. It's a workout program mainly involving all forms of calisthenics and cardio.

LOL. Well it does require a pull-up bar and a couple dumbbells, but that's it as far as equipment goes.
