atleast get the camo right, if your going to do any type of Call of Duty Camo you NEVER wanna overlay excpet for a few guns (like the L9) when its overlayed it just makes it look raunchy

No. You cannot change the Damage, Portabilty, Accuracy, ETC. But you can only change the RoF.
