As you Notice he says on the Radio Easter Eggs
We have Successfully Transformed the Test Subject
On the Level Redemption on Black Ops he says that very same thing

Here is My Theory:
On the Radios on World at War Zombies They gave Clues about Black Ops Nobody ever figured them out Though, One of the Radio Easter Eggs Clearly States a guy saying 06200-28bit or something like that, Thats the numbers on Black Ops Campaign, It was never about the giant and crap like that they was only giving us clues of what is to come in the series of Call of Duty.

Got some more things about "the Giant" and Zombies out pof the Terminal...
