First, the Virus Scan:
VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner

Step one:
Extract the file anywhere.

Step two:
Open Call of Duty Black Ops.



Step three:
Begin a Zombies game. ((Be careful when using this in Multiplayer mode (not private games), you can potentially get caught by the VAC.))

Step four:
Press F1 for cash, F2 for ammunition

And... Enjoy =D

You sure about that bud? SP games are safe from VAC. Only the online modes are scanned.
